This guy makes me so glad that Korean men discovered weight training.

I first saw this Hwang Hee in Tale of the Nine Tailed. He was one of the main supporting characters and he played Goo Shin Joo, a kind hearted vet with lots of happy and bright energy. He was the love interest of Ki Yoo Ri (played by Kim Yong Ji), a guhimo who was abused from Russia. He was so cute in this role. It’s hard not to fall in love with him.
He stated in an interview with Esquire Korea (video below) that his ideal girl is someone who has a great sense of humor and stays healthy.
Best thing about him, he loves animals. ❤
This guy also likes to stay active and healthy. He was a part of the variety show Run where different celebrities trained to run a full marathon. During an interview with Esquire Korea he said he likes to go camping after shooting a series because he likes the smell of trees and nature. To hype himself up for a scene he likes to stretch his hamstrings.
He can hold it down as a sweet chatty vet in Tale of the Nine Tailed and a blood thirsty soldier in Arthdal Chronicles. I am loving his character in Dali and Cocky Prince, as a hot-tempered yet super loyal and righteous cop. He’s just really cute and a fantastic, likeable actor. I can’t wait to see him in other shows!
